Taylor Fish - Our Sister Company
Taylor Fish is a small, family-run fish processing plant in Wheatley, Ontario. Lake Erie has the potential for windy days, hence the need for a closed bow ship. Our fish are filleted by hand but graded by a machine. We have a wonderful team that puts pride into their work and has earned its highly regarded reputation.
Lake Erie is primarily pickerel, yellow perch, white perch and bass. We see some whitefish but in very low numbers; nothing like Lake Winnipeg. We also have no tullibee or sauger! With the addition of Manitoba fish we are able to offer a healthy variety of species to customers looking for the best!
